When Coach Adan took over the team, the 10 players he started with needed a tremendous amount of work and development of their soccer knowledge and technical skills. Over the last few years, these athletes have improved exponentially, not only physically but mentally. 

 

Our top-level teams have worked very hard to continuously compete in tournaments, many of which require traveling out of state. With these higher-level tournaments and the travel expenses, it has become quite costly for many of our athletes’ families. Some families, more than others, need financial help in order to help their talented child continue training and traveling with our soccer program. 

 

We are respectfully reaching out to local businesses, friends and family to see if they would be interested in donating to our Las Vegas Gunners Nonprofit organization to help our soccer program grow and to help with much needed financial assistance for our athletes. Your generous donation will not only help alleviate team costs, such as updated equipment, team supplies, jerseys, travel expenses for some of our athletes that need extra financial support, but it also helps these young athletes in their quest to continue to train hard, travel to competitive tournament and seek a higher level of competition for the next level of their growth.

In the last 12 months, both teams combined have competed in over 13 tournaments of which have made it  either to the Semi-Finals or the Finals at the highest level. These tournaments have been played in Nevada,  California, Arizona, Utah and Texas. Several tournaments are 3 days to a week long and are quite costly for our athletes and their families. Traveling costs, hotels, food, airfare, car rentals, tournament fees, ref fees and extra costs per player can get quite expensive at times. 

 

Our boys have also earned several opportunities to play in other countries such as Spain, Japan, Mexico, South America and Brazil.  The personal development, exposure and life experience of these tournaments would be life defining for these dedicated athletes.  Your donation would be such a blessing to help these families relieve some financial burdens and help Coach Adan build this program to the level of his passion for the game & these kids that he loves so much.
